Haven't met luke but have just had a problem with my boiler and he has just talked me through resolving the situation until he can come to do a service we have hot water and heating again what a lovely and genuine man than you very much

We needed to have a really old back boiler replaced with a new combi boiler. Right from the initial quotation stage through to job completion, Luke was fantastic and explained everything to us. The work carried out by Luke & Tom was to a really high standard and even left no mess at the end of each day which was a nice bonus. I can honestly say I have never had such great service from a company. Luke and Tom were a pleasure to have in our home. The workmanship was outstanding and they left the house cleaner than when they started! We had a new boiler and also wanted it moved to the airing cupboard from the kitchen, as well as some replacement radiators. The work was done effortlessly and without any disruption. Great, efficient service. We needed our old boiler replaced as this was 30 years old and on its last legs. Replaced in Jan 2019 and we've had it serviced annually. Very tidy and professional during the install as was a two day job. (Needed to dig in the garden concrete as part of the install) and was left as it was previously well even better than before! Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally professional work by Luke and his brother of replacing our dated Worcester Bosch for a new one. Took time and patience to explain how we could stave off payment for a year, through Worcester Bosch/Hitachi Finance, with minimal finance charge. Both were very polite. Left premises extremely clean and tidy, and work completed earlier than scheduled. Thank you both for a fantastic job. See you in a year.

Luke at B-Tech heating was fantastic. He responded quickly to my call out and was able to fit me in to do the work around my work life. Luke was polite and respectful to my home and the fact that while he was working I had a toddler sleeping. The work was reasonably priced and Luke was very professional. Luke contacted me throughout the days following he work to check that the problem had been solved and that everything was as it should be. He gave me excellent advice on the right boiler for my needs and also on how to get my water pressure improved. The installation work was great. Courteous, tidy and considerate.
